1 · Scope of service

Smart Cloud LLC will perform the services described on this ticket using commercially reasonable care. Work outside the described scope is billed separately and requires separate approval.

2 · Support credits & billing

Labor is drawn from your membership's annual support-credit balance where applicable. Parts, hardware, and out-of-scope labor are invoiced at standard rates. Applicable taxes are calculated at invoicing.

3 · Data & backups

You are responsible for maintaining current backups of your data. Smart Cloud is not liable for data loss arising from hardware failure, third-party software, or pre-existing conditions.

4 · Electronic signature

You agree that your electronic signature below is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and binds you to these Service Terms as of the date signed.
